QUALIFICATIONS: GRADUATE , MBA / PGDBM – Marketing specialization

EXPERIENCE RANGE: 4 to 7 years of similar experience in Space Selling Marketing.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Executive SOH - (Marketing Department)

• Achieve budgeted Signage & promotion income and explore avenues to increase the same.
• Preparing budget for signage & promotion income by ensuring higher occupancy of assets.
• Keeping track of potential brands who are spending money on Advertising, OOH, Promotion and generating leads.
• Explore opportunities to promote new product/service launches.
• Auditing the signage and promotion term duration and timely removal/renew of it.
• Networking with internal retailers, external brands, Corporate for showcasing their brand.
• Use data analytics to present the success stories of brands who have collaborated so far.
• Proactive planning of income generation for every quarter.

KEY SKILLS: The candidate should possess good knowledge on marketing, Space Selling, branding, advertising, market research, sales, and commercial management.
