Job Description: Shift Manager, Security (MIS & Ops- Pune all Commercial sites)
To oversee and manage Security operations at commercial IT parks premises, ensuring safety of occupants, assets, and infrastructure while maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Automation and Tech Integration at Pune Cluster Commercial Sites
Security function various Audit’s & primarily British Safety Council compliances implementation and monitoring at Pune Cluster all Commercial Sites.
Sites Security Risk assessment and remedial action initiation and data tracking
Lead periodic security alignment meetings with corporate clients/tenants, document Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and drive action items to closure.
Build and manage dynamic, executive-level security dashboards for Security Systems uptime tracking, incident resolution speeds, and guarding efficiency.
Supervise day-to-day security operations across the IT parks during absence of Site Security Managers.
Manage deployment and performance of security personnel, including agency guards and supervisors & SOs.
Ensure strict access control, visitor management, and vehicle movement protocols.
Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV, access control systems, fire alarm systems) and respond to incidents promptly.
Conduct regular security rounds to identify vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Handle emergency situations such as fire, medical incidents, or security breaches in coordination with internal teams and external agencies.
Maintain proper documentation including incident reports, shift logs, and compliance records.
Coordinate with tenants, facility management, and local authorities (police, fire department) as required.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, statutory norms, and company security policies.
Conduct toolbox talks, briefings, and training sessions for security staff.
Assist in audits, risk assessments, and implementation of security improvements.

Advance computer proficiency (MS Office, Advance Excel, PPT, reporting systems)
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Certification in security management / industrial security is an advantage
3 to 9 years of experience in security operations, preferably in commercial IT parks, malls, or large corporate facilities Prior experience in handling shifts and managing security teams
