Job Title: Senior Officer – Plumbing

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage plumbing works across residential/commercial real estate projects

• Supervise installation of water supply, drainage, sanitary, and fire-fighting plumbing systems

• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and civil/electrical teams for smooth execution

• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of plumbing systems

• Monitor material consumption, workmanship, and adherence to safety norms

• Identify issues at site and provide technical solutions

• Prepare progress reports and support project timelines
