Job Description – Senior Officer, Liaison
Location: Pune
Department: Liaison
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with government authorities, local bodies, and regulatory agencies for obtaining statutory approvals and clearances related to real estate projects.

Follow up on project-related permissions, licenses, NOCs, and compliance requirements.

Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, consultants, and government officials.

Track approval timelines and ensure timely submission of documents to facilitate project execution.

Coordinate internally with Project, Legal, Design, Engineering, and Business Development teams for approval-related requirements.

Maintain records of approvals, correspondence, and statutory documentation.
-
Monitor changes in government regulations and advise relevant teams on compliance requirements.

Support senior management in resolving approval and liaison-related issues.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, or Law will be preferred.

5–8 years of experience in liaisoning and statutory approvals, preferably in the real estate industry.

Good understanding of local development regulations, approval processes, and government procedures.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
