Senior Officer - Finishes

Civil Engineer with 8-12 years of experience in Site execution esp high end finishes including day to day supervision, coordination with Contractors and their representatives for successful execution of works including providing timely work front, monitoring and ensuring work executed as per stipulated guidelines in terms of quality, safety and timelines. Should have a good eye for detailing/drawing study and should be able to deliver the end product of high quality. Should be able to coordinate with interior designing team and get the fine detailing executed as per their requirement. Job profile includes Controlling material wastages, certifying joint record of measurements, maintaining all checklists related to Quality and Safety, ensuring proper housekeeping, should be able to successfully handover the completed works with proper snagging etc. Able to work for extended working hours and should be a self-starter and having prior experience of working with leading developers for time bound projects. Should have experience of going through complete life cycle of atleast one project from foundation to finishing to handing over for a mid-size project involving high end finishes.
