Job Description – Manager – Façade

Project: Commercial Project
Experience: 8–12 Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Civil 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage façade execution for commercial projects from planning through completion.

• Coordinate with façade consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.

• Review and coordinate shop drawings, design details, material specifications, and method statements.

• Monitor installation of curtain wall, glazing, aluminium cladding, ACP, stone, louvers, and other façade systems.

• Ensure façade works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

• Monitor material procurement, mock-ups, testing, inspections, and site installation.

• Identify and resolve technical and site-related façade issues in coordination with consultants and contractors.

• Monitor contractor performance, manpower, productivity, and work progress.

• Ensure proper waterproofing, sealant, structural, and performance requirements are achieved.

• Review measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.

• Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, and finishing teams for smooth integration.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and maintain project documentation.

Desired Skills

• Strong experience in façade execution for commercial / IT Park / high-rise projects.

• Good knowledge of curtain wall, glazing, aluminium cladding, ACP, louvers, and façade systems.

• Strong understanding of façade drawings, specifications, testing, and quality control.

• Good contractor and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in handling façade packages independently will be preferred.
