Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Strategy Formulation, Planning, designing and Execution of projects.
•    Directing and monitoring projects progress by coordinating with architects, consultants and site engineering teams.
•    Preparation of BOQs.
•    Ensuring timely completion of projects and execution levels of the highest grade.
•    Liaison effectively, with architects, Clients, Consultants subcontractors and PMCs.
•    Overall in-charge for Reviewing, Budgeting, Cost Controls and Approvals.
