Job Description – Executive, Horticulture

• Department: Horticulture / Landscaping

• Location: Baner - Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain landscaping, plantation, lawns, gardens, and green areas at project sites.

• Monitor plant health, watering, pruning, fertilization, pest control, and irrigation systems.

• Coordinate with horticulture contractors, vendors, and site teams for timely execution and maintenance.

• Ensure quality standards, proper upkeep of landscaped areas, and adherence to safety practices.

• Support sustainable landscaping initiatives and efficient water management.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a relevant discipline.

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in horticulture, landscaping, or plantation maintenance.

• Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance.

• Good coordination, execution, and contractor management skills.
