Position: Executive/AM Sales (Closing)

Experience: 1 to 9 Years Industry: Luxury Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

   • Handle end-to-end closing of high-value luxury property deals

  • Engage with HNI clients and build strong professional relationships

    • Coordinate site visits, negotiations, and final documentation

    • Ensure timely follow-ups and seamless handover processes

                 • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales closure targets

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in closing luxury real estate deals

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
