Job Description: Assistant Manager – LV Services (MEP)  Commercial / IT Office Projects

The Assistant Manager – LV Services will support planning, coordination, installation, and commissioning of Low Voltage (LV) & Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems for K Raheja Corp’s Grade-A commercial and IT office developments. The role ensures smooth execution, quality compliance, and timely delivery of LV works across projects.

Key Responsibilities
1. LV/ELV System Execution

Assist in execution of LV/ELV systems including:

Fire Alarm & Detection System

CCTV & Surveillance

Access Control

IBMS/BMS

Public Address System

Structured Cabling & Data Networking

Parking Management & Security Systems

Monitor installations as per drawings, specifications, and corporate standards.

2. Coordination & Design Review

Review shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.

Coordinate with Electrical, Firefighting, HVAC, IT, and Civil teams for ELV interfaces.

Support in ensuring compliance with IS/NBC/NFPA and relevant codes.

3. Testing & Commissioning

Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of LV/ELV systems.

Verify proper system integration across BMS, security, and IT networks.

Support preparation of snag lists, test reports, and handover documentation.

4. Vendor & Contractor Management

Coordinate with contractors, OEMs, and system integrators for timely execution.

Monitor material deliveries, installations, and site progress.

Verify work quality, measurements, and running bills.

5. Quality, Safety & Compliance

Conduct daily site inspections to ensure LV works follow QA/QC guidelines.

Ensure adherence to HSE standards for all ELV activities.

Verify materials against technical specifications and approval documents.

6. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain site reports, progress logs, drawings, and ELV documentation.

Report risks, delays, and technical issues to the Project Manager.

Support preparation of O&M manuals and as-built documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications Engineering.

8-12 years’ experience in LV/ELV systems for commercial, IT office, or mixed-use projects.

Experience with OEM platforms such as Honeywell, Bosch, Siemens, Schneider, etc.

Knowledge of Smart Building Systems and SEZ/IT park standards is an advantage.
