Job Description

EXPERIENCE:

 

2 - 8 Years experience in Real estate acquisitions, Asset Management, Fund raising, Valuations, The candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in real estate, preferably with a finance background.

 

Experience in Real Estate matters pertaining to business development, Land Acquisition (Residential, Commercial, Hotel, Retail etc), Brown Field and Greenfield asset acquisition,

 

Understanding of Land matters, Real estate nuances, Real estate Technical due diligence, Real estate market research and analysis etc. 

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Investment Analysis:
Candidate should showcase exceptional proficiency in building accurate financial models.
Conduct analysis on land deals using financial models for various asset classes.
Analyze deals on key matrices like return on investments, (Expected IRR, margins, ROI, equity multiple etc.)
Knowledge of aspects like development potential, area statement, various development costs, development control regulations etc, would be an added advantage.

 

Market analysis and research:
Candidate should have a strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Should be able to present his/her case with logic.
Ability to analyze data regarding competition, ongoing capital values, rentals, various RE trends etc.
Candidate will be required to keep abreast with changes in prices, development regulations, infrastructure development etc. in various micro markets of the city.

 

Deal Documentation and closure:
Assist with preparation of deal note for management approval.
Collaboration with different departments for sign offs on assumptions in the financial models
Assist in preparation of Head of terms/ Term sheet
Coordination in due diligence, documentation and registration
Ensure smooth transition of land to the projects team.
