Job Description

Role: AGM- IT Infrastructure & Operations Lead (Pune Region)

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Operations Management

• Lead and manage IT Infrastructure and Operations for all Pune sites, including Khandala and Lonavala.
• Understand and analyse upcoming business requirements for IT infrastructure and applications; provide suitable technical solutions.
• Conduct site visits to assess new project requirements, perform detailed analysis, finalize BOQs, and coordinate with vendors and the procurement team for commercials.
• Oversee execution of new projects and ensure post-implementation support and stability.
• Perform daily incident/call analysis, coordinate with the team, and handle VIP support requests.
• Possess working knowledge of DMS for bill processing and RA uploading.
• Manage asset inventory, consumables, and peripherals such as cartridges and toners.
• Monitor and manage Pune’s local Internet links, MFD printers, and UPS systems.

Symphony Summit Administration

• Possess administrative knowledge of all Symphony Summit modules, including Incident Management, Service Requests, Change Requests, Problem Management, Asset Management, BI Reports, and Master Data Management.
• Evaluate new business requirements, gather data, design workflows, and finalize solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and modify service request catalogues and workflows as per operational needs.
• Manage change request workflows and ensure proper documentation and training for analysts and end users.
• Review and implement new Symphony Summit releases, including testing and validation.
• Maintain and update master data based on business requirements.
• Develop and manage reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
• Administer the Asset Management module and ensure accurate data mapping.
• Raise and track support tickets with Symphony to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Oversee Symphony license management, including tracking, allocation, and new license procurement as per usage requirements.
