Job Description – Assistant General Manager, Horticulture

• Department: Horticulture / Landscaping

Key Responsibilities

• Lead landscape development, plantation, softscape, and hardscape execution.

• Oversee horticulture and landscape maintenance, including lawns, gardens, trees, and irrigation systems.

• Coordinate with landscape consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure quality and timely execution.

• Manage vendors, manpower, budgets, and material procurement.

• Ensure sustainable landscaping practices, water conservation, and compliance with safety standards.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or Landscape Architecture.

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in horticulture and landscaping, preferably in commercial IT Parks or large-scale projects.

• Strong expertise in landscape execution, contractor management, and maintenance operations.
