Role Summary:
Responsible for managing all logistics operations at the construction site, ensuring timely material movement, accurate inventory control, and compliance with statutory requirements. The role involves coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries, vendor management, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor material deliveries as per project schedule.
• Verify documentation (PO, delivery challan, GST/e-way bills) and prepare GRN.
• Oversee unloading, storage, and intra-site material movement using cranes, hoists, and other equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records; conduct cycle counts and reconcile stock.
• Ensure compliance with GST, e-way bills, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for timely dispatches.
• Prepare site logistics plans, manage laydown areas, and ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Enforce safety protocols, PPE usage, and lifting plans; report incidents.
• Use ERP systems and Excel for material tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.E. in Civil/Mechanical or Graduate with logistics specialization.
• 5–8 years of experience in construction site logistics.
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS, GST compliance, and site safety standards.

Skills:

• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in documentation and inventory management.
• Effective communication and team handling.

KPIs:

• On-time deliveries, inventory accuracy, zero stock-outs, and HSE compliance.
