QUALIFICATION:
Any Graduate / DCE / Diploma in Materials Management
EXPERIENCE:
20 - 25 Years of relevant experience in construction industry
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Materials Management
- Monitoring, Storing, Issuing Material Receipt and record in SAP
- Leading Internal and External Stock Audits
- Preparing MIS reports
- SEZ coordination with SEZ team for custom clearance
- Monitoring and assuring for immediate unloading of materiel as per company norms in coordination with Quality, Purchase and engineering team
- Monitoring and controlling on Stores activity for smooth work, Stock taking on Monthly /Quarterly / Yearly basis
Mathadi Management
- Monitoring Material unloading and rate finalization
- Preparing and coordination for PR / Budget / Work Order / Bills/ payment
- Daily coordination with Mathadi for Material unloading in safe environment
Scrap Management
- Collection of scrap quotation from various scrap vendors
- Coordinating with head office - BKC team for rate finalization
- Coordinating for Weighing, Loading dispatching of Scrap material
- As per approval from Project Head, collecting Scrap quotation form Scrap vendors and forwarding to BKC team
- Following up with BKC team for rate finalization and then informing the same to scrap vendor for Scrap disposal as per plan
- Scrap Material Loading and Weighing for Gate Pass preparation
- Forwarding the Gate Pass / Weighing slip to Accounts team for Invoice preparation
Admin and Petty cash Management
- Housekeeping - preparation of PR / Budget / Work order/ Bills / Payment coordination
- Daily coordination of Sub Staff - Interview / appointment / approvals / attendance / Salary etc
- Daily Cash expenses coordination of Staff Welfare / Conveyance / Transportation / Milk / Engineering Material cash Purchase
- Preparation of petty cash data as per GST norms and as per required format of Accounts department
- HSN code updating in SAP with coordination of BKC SAP team
Weighbridge, Diesel and compliance Management
- Weighbridge Maintenance related preparation of PR and coordinating for Budget / Work order / Bills / Payment
- Coordinating with weighbridge clerk
- Coordination for Diesel as per requirement of Electrical execution team, preparation of PR and coordinating for Budget / PO and WO / Bills Payments
- Transporter coordination for diesel loading and unloading at site
- Coordination for BOCW and RC Licensing with BKC team and Labour commissioner
- Coordination with compliance consultant for Licenses and monthly contractor Audit
- Preparation of PR and coordination for Budget/ Work order / Bills / Payments.
- Assuring for minimum shutdowns/ intervals for weighing.
- Weighbridge Maintenance related preparation of PR and coordinating for Budget / Work order / Bills / Payment
- Coordinating with weighbridge clerk for 24 hours availability on Weighbridge for weighing
KEY SKILLS:
- Experience of independently handling the store of site project.
- Hands on working experience on SAP.
- Must have knowledge of inter-company sale of assets / materials.
- Should be proficient in MS Office, MS Excel.
