Job Description
JOB PROFILE
Managing Statutory Approvals and Shutdown Arrangements:
Ensure timely acquisition of all statutory approvals required for execution and operational activities.
Plan and manage shutdown arrangements, working closely with relevant teams and authorities to minimize downtime while ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
Administration of Work Permits (PTW):
Oversee the management of all necessary work permits, ensuring adherence to established protocols and safety standards.
Conduct periodic reviews of the PTW system to ensure its effectiveness and mitigate risks during execution.
Liaison with Statutory and Regulatory Authorities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for statutory and regulatory bodies such as Tamil Nadu SLDC, Tamil Nadu STU, CEIG and TANGEDCO.
Facilitate clear and effective communication between the company and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Ensuring Adherence to Safety Standards:
Promote and implement a strong safety culture by enforcing compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety audits and ensure prompt addressing of any non-compliance or hazards.
Monitoring SLAs and O&M Activities:
Oversee the implementation and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with service providers to ensure smooth coordination.
Review performance metrics regularly and address escalations to maintain operational excellence.JOB PROFILE
