EXPERIENCE:
- 12 to 15 years of experience with a large-scale developer carrying out extensive landscape jobs.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct weekly meetings and coordination with Site Engineers, contractors, and Consultants.
- Liaising with Municipal Corporation Tree Authorities NOC.
- Landscape designing of all types of building with Conceptual, presentable landscape and final drawing using relevant Software
- Ensuring Smooth Flow of drawings and the landscape execution quality at site.
KEY SKILLS:
- 12 to 15 years of experience with a large-scale developer carrying out extensive landscape jobs.
- Good knowledge of trees plantation, gardening, floriculture, etc.
- Knowledge in landscaping, tree preservation, materials and technology are essential.
- Good time management and communication skills (oral & written).
- Proficiency in MS Office and Auto CAD, Photoshop and sketch-up
