Job Description
Position OverviewThis role will oversee all finishing works across residential towers, including lobbies, sales galleries, and other common areas. This role requires strong technical expertise in finishing works, leadership skills to manage teams and contractors, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest quality standards in luxury residential projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight:
Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities for residential towers, lobbies, and sales galleries.
Quality Assurance: Ensure finishing works meet design specifications, quality standards, and client expectations.
Team Management: Lead site engineers, supervisors, and contractors to deliver finishing works on schedule.Coordination: Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project managers to resolve design and execution challenges.
Progress Monitoring: Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for procurement and installation of finishing materials.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, challenges, and solutions.Scope includes BOQ preparation for finishing work.
