Job Description
KEY DELIVERABLES
- Residential Feasibilities: Collaborate with the Business Development and other internal teams to build and stress-test financial models for residential projects, covering IRR, NPV, cash flows, and scenario analysis.
- Long-Term Business Plan: Develop and maintain a comprehensive long-range financial plan, tracking performance against targets and incorporating market assumptions.
- Business Valuation: Conduct DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses to support strategic decisions, fundraising, and investor discussions.
- Listed Player Analysis: Track, analyze, and benchmark key listed real estate players — covering financial performance, capital structure, land bank, and market positioning.
- Reporting & Presentations: Prepare Board-level presentations, investor decks, and management reports to communicate financial insights clearly and concisely.
