Job Overview:
We are looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to join our Corporate Finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting financial feasibility assessments, valuation analysis, and equity fund raising related activities. The role will require strong analytical capabilities, understanding of corporate finance principles, and excellent coordination skills to manage both internal (Senior Management) and external stakeholders such as consultants, legal advisors, and bankers.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Financial Feasibility & Business Case Development:
o    Develop and evaluate financial models and business cases for new projects, investments, and strategic initiatives.
o    Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and IRR evaluations.
o    Work closely with business units to gather relevant inputs and validate assumptions.
•    Valuation:
o    Perform detailed valuation exercises using multiple methodologies including DCF, comparable valuation etc.
•    The candidate should be comfortable communicating and interacting with analysts and external stakeholders    
Qualifications:
•    MBA in Finance or CFA or CA.
•    7-10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or a similar role with structuring experience.
•    Don’t need candidates from IPCs
