Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams including Architecture, Liaison, Civic Affairs, Tree Cell, SEZ Cell, and other functional units.
  • Act as a central point of contact for location-based team members across Delhi, Gujarat, Bangalore, Pune, and other regions.

2. Issue Tracking & System Implementation

  • Establish and manage a system-driven tracking mechanism for all Corporate Affairs issues.
  • Ensure end-to-end visibility of each issue, including status, priority, and timelines.
  • Work closely with the IT team to develop, enhance, and maintain an issue tracking application.

3. Status Monitoring & Reporting

  • Maintain updated records of all files, approvals, and issue statuses across locations and departments.
  • Provide regular dashboards and reports highlighting progress, bottlenecks, and priority matters.
  • Ensure real-time tracking and follow-ups for critical issues.

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate closely with Business Heads (HODs) to track and resolve priority matters.
  • Ensure alignment and timely communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

5. Policy Tracking & Updates

  • Monitor and compile monthly policy updates related to authorities such as:
  • MCGM / NMMC / MIDC / SRA / CIDCO / HRC / MPCB and other Urban Local Bodies
  • Maintain a structured repository of policy changes and assess their impact on ongoing projects.

6. Executive Support

  • Provide direct support to the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer in : Stakeholder follow-ups and Priority issue tracking related to Policy Matters.
  • Assist in preparing briefs, updates, and review notes for internal and external discussions.
