EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

QUALIFICATION:

Graduate / Diploma in Secretarial Course.

AGE: 

20 – 28 Years.

 

GENDER:

Female.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 - 5 Years in Secretarial functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinating daily schedules and meetings for the business clients.
  • Extending necessary secretarial assistance to the clients.
  • Assisting in travel arrangements and stay arrangements.
  • Office documentation and maintain confidentiality of information.

KEY SKILLS:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Smart pleasing personality. (The candidates will be expected to wear western formals at work).
  • Good at organizing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
