EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
QUALIFICATION:
Graduate / Diploma in Secretarial Course.
AGE:
20 – 28 Years.
GENDER:
Female.
EXPERIENCE:
- 2 - 5 Years in Secretarial functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinating daily schedules and meetings for the business clients.
- Extending necessary secretarial assistance to the clients.
- Assisting in travel arrangements and stay arrangements.
- Office documentation and maintain confidentiality of information.
KEY SKILLS:
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Smart pleasing personality. (The candidates will be expected to wear western formals at work).
- Good at organizing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
