QUALIFICATIONS:
MBA / PGDBM – Sales & Marketing
EXPERIENCE RANGE:
- 13 to 5 years of Sales / Business Development experience in high end, premium Sales with a premium/luxury brand.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will be part of Residential Sales Team responsible for handling sales activities for the upcoming premium residential projects at Pune.
- Carrying out pre-sales and post sales promotional activities to ensure accomplishment of projected sales targets.
- Client Management - Lead Generation, client enquires, interacting with new and existing clients through cold calling or meeting them when required.
- Contact potential and existing clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets.
- Marketing research, Market Intelligence, Networking and converting leads into sales and close the bookings.
- Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions in the CRM database.
- To handhold the customer through the pre-sales – post sales process till possession.
- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly MIS of nature of activities.
KEY SKILLS:
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Confidence and ability to interact with high profile clients.
- Self-motivated and result oriented, can work independently.
