QUALIFICATIONS:

 

MBA / PGDBM – Sales & Marketing

 

 

EXPERIENCE RANGE:

 

  • 13 to 5 years of Sales / Business Development experience in high end, premium Sales with a premium/luxury brand.

 

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Will be part of Residential Sales Team responsible for handling sales activities for the upcoming premium residential projects at Pune.
  • Carrying out pre-sales and post sales promotional activities to ensure accomplishment of projected sales targets.
  • Client Management - Lead Generation, client enquires, interacting with new and existing clients through cold calling or meeting them when required.
  • Contact potential and existing clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets.
  • Marketing research, Market Intelligence, Networking and converting leads into sales and close the bookings.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions in the CRM database.
  • To handhold the customer through the pre-sales – post sales process till possession.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, monthly MIS of nature of activities.
