Manager - MEP Electrical

Role & responsibilities

• A Technocrat with BE (Electrical) and 15 years of experience in Electrical Design, Consultancy and MEP Project Management.
• Expertise in leading engineering designing, installation, construction & coordination of all MEP Services including Electrical-ELV Work, HVAC System, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Vertical Transport.
• Experienced in planning, executing and managing complex electrical projects involving project planning, scope management and resource planning; delivered Technical Leadership in creating Project Plans (Execution, HSE & Quality), Procedures (Value Engineering), Method Statement and Budget.
• Delivered excellence in end-to-end functions of Electrical Design & Consultancy comprising of load estimation, design brief report, fault level calculation, DG sizing, transformers & UPS sizing, distribution schematic (SLD) and reviewing & validating engineering drawings for lighting, Lux level zoning, power, raceway, looping layout, external services, substation arrangement, trench detailing, earthing, layout, lightning protection, HVAC ducts, trays & piping.
• Proven success in complete pre-sales ownership including responding to RFIs, RFPs & RFQs, formulating proposals, marketing and profile building with exposure in Tender & Contract Management processes including estimates preparation, terms & conditions development, rate analysis, negotiations and contractual coordination on technical aspects.

Key strategist & implementer in initiating & driving business transformation in a manner that improves operational execution while coordinating with major Engineering consultants, clients, vendors, suppliers, Architects, subcontractors & third-party inspection agencies for successful execution of projects
