Manager - IBMS

Job Description

• Should have knowledge of IBMS systems and ELV /ICT system design.
• ELV systems include FAS, PAS, CCTV, ACS, BMS, Electronic Security system , Car park management system , EPBS , AV  &  ICT works.
• Review consultant specifications, project documents, and client requirements to ensure compliance with project objectives and applicable standards.
• Participate in design review and coordination meetings with consultants, clients, architects, and MEP teams to resolve technical and interface issues.
• Evaluate vendor technical submissions, product datasheets, and material specifications for compliance with project requirements.
• Support value engineering initiatives by proposing cost-effective and technically compliant design solutions.
• Assist in technical bid evaluations, prepare technical compliance statements and review tender documents.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and standards, including the NBC, local CFO requirements, and Fire & life safety.
• Knowledge of third-party integration of MEP systems with IBMS.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders of the project such as MEP consultants, Structural consultants and Architectural consultants.
• Provide technical support during installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project handover.
• Review design calculations, system layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), riser diagrams, bill of quantities (BOQ), technical specifications, and as-built documentation.
