Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

• ITI / Diploma in civil engineering or surveying equivalent to certificate

EXPERIENCE:

• 15 - 20 Years of relevant exposure preferably from Real Estate / Construction industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the preparation of land development plans and correspondence.
• Expertise with Topographical Survey, demarcation of building, Plane table survey and theodolite Survey
• Collects and analyzes field data; performs complex survey and engineering computations.
• Checking verticality of the structure on a daily basis & give out precise levels whenever required.
• Use Distomat (Total Station) on a regular basis.

KEY SKILLS:

• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Projects & AutoCAD.
• Good communication skills.
