QUALIFICATIONS:
BE / B Tech – Civil / Construction
EXPERIENCE:
- 10 - 15 Years in large scale and premium residential townships, IT Parks, Shopping Malls, 5 Star Hotels, SEZs and Mixed Use Developments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategy Formulation, Planning, designing and Execution of projects.
- Directing and monitoring projects progress by coordinating with architects, consultants and site engineering teams.
- Preparation of BOQs.
- Ensuring timely completion of projects and execution levels of the highest grade.
- Liaison effectively, with architects, Clients, Consultants subcontractors and PMCs.
- Overall in-charge for Reviewing, Budgeting, Cost Controls and Approvals.
KEY SKILLS:
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
