DGM / GM – Technical Lead and Solution Architecture – IT Applications

EXPERIENCE: 15-20 Years

QUALITFICATION: B.E / B-Tech

EXPERIENCE:

• Should have been in role of Heading Technical team SAP.  
• Candidate must have hands on knowledge on SAP ABAP
• Exposure of leading technical teams and technical projects as well.
• Candidate should have experience of more than 15 Years in SAP / HANA.
• Must have exposure to SAP’s new dimensional products like HANA , Ariba, Success Factor, BTP, SAC etc
• Exposure to integrating various technology solutions/applications.

Should be aware of SAP Clean Core approach

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Driving changes in SAP landscape from technical point of view 
• Exploring new technical solution to support business requirement
• Working with external vendors to get developments / integration tasks executed.
• Help making business cases for technical development, defining project plans, tracking the milestones etc…
• Participate with various Application leads, understand their technical requirements, get it developed in timely manner
• Adopting best practices related to development and implementation of various initiative with proper documentation.
• Generate MIS for tasks in progress to ensure tasks under development are on track.
