QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma / Degree in Architecture / Interior Design

TYPE OF EXPERIENCE:

• 15 + years with reputed a Construction House /Architects / Firms.
• Should have preferably worked on large scale projects like shopping malls, retail stores, 5 star hotels, commercial projects etc.
• Should have experience in planning, design and integration of architecture with services and interiors.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsibility for the Design & Development / Interior Design functions.
• Providing technical and design leadership to all architectural & interior aspects.
• Will lead a team of young architects and interior designers.
• Planning and managing projects through all phases of the project life span.
• Coordination with international architects and consultants for design layouts and integration of MEP Services.
• Reviewing project schedules, meeting deadlines and monitoring project within budget parameters.
• On site coordination, monitoring and site supervision.

KEY SKILLS:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
