Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- ITI / Diploma in civil engineering or surveying equivalent to certificate
EXPERIENCE:
- 4 - 5 Years of relevant exposure preferably from Real Estate / Construction industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the preparation of land development plans and correspondence.
- Expertise with Topographical Survey, demarcation of building, Plane table survey and theodolite Survey
- Collects and analyzes field data; performs complex survey and engineering computations.
- Checking verticality of the structure on a daily basis & give out precise levels whenever required.
- Use Distomat (Total Station) on a regular basis.
KEY SKILLS:
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Projects & AutoCAD.
- Good communication skills.
