Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
BE / Diploma / ITI –Mechanical / Plumbing / Fire fighting
EXPERIENCE:
4 – 6 years’ experience in Plumbing/Fire fighting Services for Residential and Commercial buildings with a reputed developer.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execution of Plumbing Services
Testing & Commissioning of Plumbing Services
Site management & technical supervision
Carrying out the work with required quality & maintain the same through the project
Coordination between different Departments & Contractors to ensure smooth working of project.
Preparation of daily progress report, Weekly and Monthly Reports
Checking & Certify the contractor’s RA bill & Measurements
Maintain the proper MIS Reports
SKILL SETS
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
