JOB BRIEF
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to drive enrolment and ENGAGEMENT for our mall loyalty program. This is a site-specific role (on-ground + desk) with a strong promoter-style approach, where success depends on direct customer conversions, enabling brands & promoters to convert, and managing backend operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively approach and engage with mall customers into the loyalty program.
  • Spend 4–5 hours daily on-ground in the mall /stores driving customer engagement and conversions.
  • Clearly explain program benefits and resolve customer queries.
  • Build strong relationships with brands and store staff to drive program adoption.
  • Enable, influence, and motivate store teams to pitch and convert customers.
  • Manage and guide on-ground promoters to ensure daily conversion targets are met.
  • Drive conversions through a mix of self-effort, brand-led, and promoter-led efforts.
  • Identify opportunities within the mall to maximize engagement.
  • Support execution of campaigns, offers, and in-mall communication for new member acquisition as well as existing member engagement.
  • Ensure visibility and correct placement of loyalty collaterals across touchpoints.
  • Manage loyalty backend operations, data tracking, and coordination.
  • Keeping the existing members engaged with special events or promos using brand associations
  • Track and report daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and ensure target achievement.

  • Experience or comfort in a high-energy, on-ground sales/promoter role.
  • Strong relationship-building and team handling skills.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (customers, brands, promoters, agency, backend).
  • Prior experience in sales, retail, or promotions is an advantage.
