QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma – Civil, ITI – Civil, Any Graduate with relevant experience

EXPERIENCE:

• 5 - 7 years of experience in large scale projects like 5 Star hotels, high rise complexes, state of art commercial buildings etc. Should have worked with a medium to large scale real estate developer of repute.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To look after Finishing Work like Tiling, Flooring, Water Proofing, Façade Work etc.
• To get quality in finishing work from the contractors
• Make the contractors to follow all safety norms
• Job involved supervision, coordination with activity sequencing & handing over of works.
• To ensure receipt of right quality and quantity of material and testing of the same.
• Keeping track of bills and ensures timely payments to contractors.

KEY SKILLS:

• The individual should be responsible for contractor’s delivery& in time output.
• Should be conversant with project contract documents & approval protocols pertaining to finishing execution.

The person should have very strong Finishing background with eye to detail & should have expertise in residential & commercial building's finishing work.
