Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Financial Models / Project Finance

• Assist team for gathering loan related data
• Assist team for title reports / Valuations

Monitoring of Projects

• Valuations for Residential / Commercial projects.
• Security Cover / Monitoring Sheets - Analyze budget vs actual performance and highlight variances.
• Quarterly LIE reports & Escrow Audit.
• Ensure timely tracking and fulfillment of debt covenant requirements as per loan agreements.

Internal / Statutory Audits

• Providing finance related data to auditors / accounts team and coordination with internal and external auditors.

External Ratings

• Preparation of Company Cashflow projections
• Providing data required by rating agencies

Other Work

• CFM entries / payment memos / reconciliation of interest, obtaining NOCs for flat sale, coordination with Banks etc

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter

Experience

• 5 years of experience in finance roles

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP.

• Working knowledge of financial modeling would be preferable.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple works at a time.
• Team-oriented
