Reporting to: Project head

Role:

1. Documents Management-

  • Making entries of Drawings in excel sheet & distribution to contractors & internal staff and maintaining the master copy file of drawings for meeting and our management.

2. Preparing & maintaining records-

  • Daily labor report - Preparing & maintaining daily labor report.
  • Transmittal & Submittals - Maintaining transmittal records of all drawings & submittals of all concerned departments documents.
  • RFI - Maintaining RFI records raised by execution team.
  • CRF, VO & NFA – Maintaining CRF, VO & NFA records raised by overall site.
  • Agenda & MOM – Preparing agenda, coordinating with Safety, Quality and Execution team, and making MOM of each meeting held in office as well as preparing site visits MOM coordinating with execution team.
  • Bills trackers - maintaining bill tracker with respect to bill submission.
  • Maintaining Records of Pour Card

3. Co-ordination-

  • Execution team - Co-ordinated with execution team regarding labor report, site critical issues, site work progress, drawings, weekly meetings, kick off meeting, micro schedule,
  • Execution & QC team- Execution & Qc team regarding their documents like Test reports, Consultant Reports
  • Billing team for all bill related queries & issues,
  • Contractor representative related to drawings, meetings, site progress. 

4. Others-

  • Attending site weekly meeting & Design meeting with consultant & Architect
  • Follow up with Inhouse Architect regarding the drawings required on the site
  • Arranging & Attending New Contractor & Vendor kick off meeting/ Preparing MOM
  • Interview coordination.
