Position:
AM - Accounts Payables with construction site experience.


Location:
Powai, Mumbai


Qualifications:
Graduation or equivalent degree


Experience Expected:
4 to 5 Years in Construction Industry with excellent communication & correspondence skills and Problem-solving attitude

System Knowledge required:
SAP, Advance Excel

Key Deliverables:
 Sound Accounts Payable knowledge
 Scrutinizing vendor ledger, creditors, advances, work & purchase orders, GRIR. Coordinating with team for clearing the open items.
 Provision Entries – Coordinating with the team at projects for the provision
 Updated with TDS & GST law
 E-Way preparation and checking
 Handling Internal & Statutory Audit, resolving queries raised to the satisfaction of the auditors
 Knowledge of construction Inventory, conversion ratios, verifying & reconciling the book stock with physical stock at site.
 Vendor ledger reconciliation and queries solving
 Bank Guarantees – Verifying as per order. Maintaining tracker.
