QUALIFICATIONS:

B Tech / B.E. Civil / PGDACM

EXPERIENCE:

• 25 - 30  Years of proven experience in execution and project management of large projects like 5 Star hotels, shopping malls, high rise complexes, state of art commercial buildings etc

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a Project Controller drive and manage the Project  Execution team, MEP Services team and the Liaison team for development of Malls  viz new construction , overhaul, extensions etc and ensure seamless and timely delivery within defined standards of cost and quality. 
• Strategy Formulation, Planning and Execution of projects for the Shopping Malls Division.
• Will be responsible for total Site Management and Site Operations for the Malls.
• Monitoring and execution of construction works within the project timelines.
• Responsible for contract administration, project planning, scheduling and cost control.
• Review and approve construction, purchase, installation and commissioning.
• Coordination between architects and contractors.
• Maintaining strict quality control procedures - regular testing of materials, inspections of work, conducting regular site safety checks etc.
• MIS reporting on project progress.
• Ensure all Licenses/ No objection Certificates (NOCs) required as per the project life-cycle are obtained from various Government agencies before commencing construction activities.

KEY SKILLS:

• Ability to quickly analyze and act upon project demands.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and standards in construction (Labour laws / municipal regulations etc)
• Excellent administration & execution skills.
• Provide leadership to a team of 15 individuals.
