ASSOCIATE  VICE PRESIDENT – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

QUALIFICATION:

Post Graduate / Degree in Engineering / Architecture

EXPERIENCE:

• 20+ Years in Business Development, Land Acquisition, Liaison preferably with a large scale real estate developer.

DESIRED PROFILE:

• Experienced in Real Estate matters pertaining to business development, Land Acquisition, Liaison with government agencies, Legal and Technical due diligence and market research etc. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The incumbent will lead the Business Development / Land Acquisition for the group at Bangalore .
• Analyze potential real estate transactions and buying of land parcels / properties across all formats - Residential, Commercial, Shopping Malls and Hotels. 
• Doing project feasibility, technical due diligence of the land parcels in terms of location advantages, buildability norms / restrictions, understanding on the title.
• Identify all local statutory requirements and liaison with government bodies to get necessary approvals.
• Coordination with the Legal / Architectural / Sales / Engineering departments for new acquisitions and due diligence.
