Job Description

QUALIFICATION:

 

Any Graduate / DCE / Diploma in Materials Management

 

 

EXPERIENCE:

 

  • 10 - 15 Years of relevant experience.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Will be in charge of project stores and engineering assets at construction site.
  • Responsible for management of stores inventory control System.
  • Prepare and circulate Daily Material Receipt and Monthly Inventory Aging Reports.
  • Will be responsible for closure of audit reports related to stores.
  • Stocking / dispatch of material, indenting, checking of material received i.e., quantity and quality, etc,
  • Preparation of all types of documents (Excise / Dispatch / Stores, GRN, RA bills etc. all document work with good record keeping).

 

 

KEY SKILLS:

 

  • Experience of independently handling the store of site project.
  • Hands on working experience on SAP.
  • Must have knowledge of inter-company sale of assets / materials.
  • Should be proficient in MS Office, MS Excel.
