Assistant Manager - Horticulture

Job Description

• Plan, develop, and maintain landscaping and horticultural activities across residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project teams for landscape planning and execution.
• Oversee planting, irrigation, lawn care, pruning, pest control, and overall garden maintenance.
• Lead and manage horticulture teams, gardeners, and external contractors.
• Implement sustainable landscaping initiatives including water-efficient irrigation, native plantations, rooftop gardens, and vertical greenery.
• Manage vendor coordination, procurement, and horticulture budgets.
• Ensure compliance with environmental standards and quality landscaping practices.
• Maintain tree inventory records and manage documentation related to Tree Authority approvals, permissions, transplantation, and compliance requirements.
