QUALIFICATIONS:Company SecretaryEXPERIENCE:1 to 3 Years of exposure in the areas of Company Secretarial matters.KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:SECRETARIALAssisting in the Company Secretary matters for the Company.Handling Statutory Compliances, Corporate Governance, due diligence matters under the Companies Act.Drafting Resolutions, Notices, Minutes for various matters, Board Meetings and General Meetings.Maintenance of Statutory Registers.E Filing of forms, preparation and filing of returns.KEY SKILLS:Good command over all aspects of Company Secretary matters.Excellent English and good drafting and negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS-Word
