Assistant General Manager - Security

Job Description

• The incumbent will have the overall responsibility for the security for project sites in Residential Business.
• Managing security and safeguarding of all the company’s properties, Project Sites, Assets, physical safety of employees and visitors.
• Liaison and lobbying with the local Police, Government Authorities, Ministry Officials for obtaining necessary approvals and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Responsible for planning, developing and implementing security plans, security programs such as Emergency Response and Crisis Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, Incident Management and Investigation.
• Evaluate & select external outsourced security agencies for providing security personnel guards.
• Lead a team of security officers.
