Assistant General Manager - Security

Job Description

QUALIFICATION:

• Graduation/ Ex Police/ Ex Defence / Major Level with 5+ years experience of handling the security department in a corporate sector.

EXPERIENCE:

 15 – 20 Years.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing security of the entire property at Malad.
• Responsible for planning, developing and implementing security plans, security programs such as Emergency Response and Crisis Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, Incident Management and/or Investigation.
• Coordinate the security operation with the location managers.
• Lead a team of security officers.
• Evaluate & select external outsourced security agencies for providing security personnel guards.
• Ensure proper training & adequate staffing of the function.
• Must be thoroughly aware of security procedures in a corporate setting, including use of CCTV, etc.

KEY SKILLS:

• Knowledge of Relevant equipment, policies, procedures and strategies, laws, legal codes, government regulations.

• Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
• Requires strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills, Knowledge of Marathi would be preferred & IT skills.
