QUALIFICATIONS:
B.E. – Electrical / B.E. – Mechanical
EXPERIENCE:
- 17 - 23 Years of expertise in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing functions in large projects like 5 Star hotels, shopping malls, high rise complexes, state of art commercial buildings etc
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall responsibility of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security and Safety functions for the hotel projects.
- Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all HV and LV Panels, Cables, Transformers, DG Sets etc
- Will be responsible for complete execution of electrical and HVAC systems – Ducting / Insulation at sites.
- Co-ordination and liaisoning with Architects, Consultants, PMC, Contractors and Engineers.
- Reviewing the designs provided by the consultants, formatting the tender documents, calling for quotations, technical negotiations with the contractors, supplier’s etc
- Daily monitoring of work progress at site.
KEY SKILLS:
- Expertise in design, installation and maintenance of electrical and electronic systems.
- Ability to quickly analyze and act upon project demands.
- Excellent administration & execution skills.
