QUALIFICATIONS:

B.E / B Tech – Civil/Mechanical

A Senior Manager – Façade is responsible for leading the planning, design coordination, engineering, execution, and delivery of building façade systems. The role involves managing façade consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects meet required standards for quality, safety, cost, aesthetics, and schedule. 

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Expertise in reading Façade drawings, technical specifications

Executing the works at site by ensuring quality standards and safety requirements.

Need to drive the Façade Contractor as per project requirements

Ensuring other package interfaces are streamlined.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to façade engineering and project teams.

Drive continuous improvement in façade design, constructability, durability, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
