Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Civil Engineering
DESIRED PROFILE:
- 8–12 years of experience in civil execution and finishing works for commercial IT buildings, with strong expertise in site execution, quality control, coordination, and project delivery.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To look after Finishing Work like Tiling, Flooring, Water Proofing, Façade Work etc.
- To get quality in finishing work from the contractors
- Make the contractors to follow all safety norms
- Job involved supervision, coordination with activity sequencing & handing over of works.
- To ensure receipt of right quality and quantity of material and testing of the same.
- Keeping track of bills and ensures timely payments to contractors.
