Executive - Architecture - Liaison

Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture

DESIRED PROFILE:

• 5 – 10 Years of expertise in liaisoning with BMC / Government / Semi Government bodies and authorities and co-ordination with project Architect / Consultant.
• Thorough knowledge of MR & TP Act / DC Regulations / BMC Act and allied subjects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To prepare Detail representations of the case for Municipal Commissioner / Govt Authorities / Other Public Bodies.
• To prepare notes on C.C. Regulations, various sections of M.R. & T.P. Act, BMC Act etc for briefing to Management.
• To help in uploading technical data plans on intranet.
• To visit sites and prepare MIS for Management and to coordinate with Business Development Department.
• To Coordinate with Legal Department / Management.
• Any other matters related to Real Estate development.
• To attend BMC offices / Government offices for approvals of Building proposals / Infrastructure proposals.
