QUALIFICATION:
B.E / B Tech – Electrical/Mechanical
EXPERIENCE:
- 8+ Years of experience in MEP Billing
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Assist in Direct verification of measurements at site with respect to drawing and specification.
- Assist in guidance and motivation to team members at Hyderabad for processing and releasing of vendor payments.
- Assist and make sure, that all the payments are being done for the actual work done at site, as per P.O terms and specifications without any chance of over payment at any point of time.
- Project site visits to verify the measurements, progress of work and quality of work etc..
- Coordination with all departments to sort out any issues related to vendor payments Invoices.
- Assist and coordinate with all concern departments for quarterly and financial year bills closing, internal and external audits, submission of records and reply to audit querry.
- Assist projects team for coordination of bills verification and certification and payment process for all the vendors related to services.
