Design Development
Tender & GFC Documentation
Site Execution & Snagging
Candidate Profile
- Experience on mid-to-large-scale Residential and/or Commercial projects.
- Good understanding of Architectural Design, Construction Documentation and Site Execution.
- Ability to understand Architectural, Structural and MEP Drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and MS Office. Knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
