QUALIFICATIONS:

B.E / B Tech – Electrical 

EXPERIENCE:

• 12+ Years of experience in Electricity Regulation, Power Distribution License, Power Purchase, Power Tariff Structure with leading Power companies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The incumbent will be supporting the Head Operations for the Power Business Division of K Raheja Corp.
• Getting the approvals for Electricity Distribution Licensee for the IT Parks and SEZs.
• Regulatory compliances and commercial management for Power Purchase and Distribution Agreements.
• Revenue generation and collection from client billing as per tariff approved by MERC.
• Filing of Multi Year Tariff Petition to MERC.
• Procurement of power through Competitive bidding and bid evaluation.
• Load forecasting and power procurement plan.
• Preparation of CAPEX and OPEX proposal for power distribution network.
• Finalization of Vendors for Operations & Maintenance of the IT Parks DL.
• Liaison with MERC, MSEDCL, DISCOM, and other government bodies for approvals.
